I always love my family photography sessions and this trip over to Marlow in Buckinghamshire did not let me down. I knew the area as I had lived close by in Bourne End for over thirty years, what I didn’t expect though was the gorgeous farm house that was the setting of our photography session for the next couple of hours.
A family lifestyle photography session is all about capturing a family in their own environment. The aim is to capture the fun and emotion as the family interact with each other.
It was easy to tell from the start that this family got on well and certainly had an ability to make each other laugh (even in front of a camera).
With everyone all settled it was time to start moving around the house. This is something that I would recommend with all of my lifestyle family photography sessions. Have a look around the house and see which rooms you feel comfortable in. It is possible to use any room in the house including the kitchen and the bedroom (I find the bedroom works particularly well with children).
I let the family go ahead and get settled while I sorted out the equipment. As I walked through through though I could resist this cheeky little view into their world.
After a few more internal shots it was time to go and explore the garden and see what that had to offer. There was so much more in store…
All in all it was a very pleasant visit back to Marlow and the results for the session were amazing.
If you are thinking of having a family photography session I would recommend that you have a look at the different type of session that I provide (https://www.acameraandme.co.uk/family-photographer-high-wycombe-buckinghamshire/) to see if there is one suitable for you.
You may also have been inspired by the images that you have seen and would like to book you session now. If it has all you need to do is send me an email to email@example.com or complete the contact form and I will arrange to get you booked in.
