100 Portraits - What was I thinking?
When I first came up with the idea of taking 100 portraits of people from Hazlemere and Holmer Green little did I realise how difficult it would be.
I have now been in contact with a few different venues who are able to host the sessions, at a cost. This cost though was a factor as I still had the vision that I wanted to make this a FREE community project for everyone to get involved with.
So far, I still haven’t found anyone local who would like to support the project, however, I do have some good news. Thanks to a generous donation from CAP (Christians Against Poverty) I am now able to offer the first few sessions for FREE.
I have also managed to schedule a mini-session this Saturday (16th February) between 10-12pm at Holmer Green Baptist Church. As this is only a short session spaces are limited (there are only so many photographs that I can take in a couple of hours). The first hour will run off a list (sign up below) with the second hour being done on a first come first served basis. Each session will take around 10 minutes so why not just pop in on your way to the shops.
In addition, don’t forget you also get the opportunity to win a gift voucher towards your own personal photography session or a print of your choice just for taking part in the project (more information on the project can be found HERE) .
I would like to attend the FREE photography session on 16th February between 10-12pm.
I'm still looking for venues
If you are a venue and would like to host a session please get in touch so we can arrange it for you, it’s a great way of getting people to your venue along with free advertising.
